About Us

Mime is transforming the development of subcutaneous (SC) biologic therapies by engineering ultra-high-concentration formulations that achieve high drug loads in standard injection volumes while maintaining optimal flow properties for convenient self-administration.

This formulation technology enables well-tolerated subcutaneous injections, supports less frequent dosing, and has the potential to significantly improve treatment adherence for patients with chronic immunologic and neurologic conditions.

The platform is molecule-agnostic and works across a range of biologics, including monoclonal, bispecific, and multi-specific antibodies, Fc-fusion proteins, antibody-drug conjugates and antibody fragments. It also enables high-concentration biologics formulations for intravitreal, intrathecal delivery and other next-generation administration routes.

Technology

Our proprietary formulation platform creates ultra-high-concentration, long-acting biologics with excellent stability, bioavailability, and pharmacokinetics that are equal to or exceed best-in-class benchmarks.

Rheumatoid Arthritis & Related
Long-acting SC monoclonal antibody targeting patients with RA, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis who have had an inadequate response to TNF inhibitors. Mechanistically distinct. Quarterly-or-less SC dosing at ultra-high concentration.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Long-acting SC mAb targeting inflammation and fibrosis in the gut. Particular relevance to fibrostenotic Crohn's disease, where no currently approved biologic carries an anti-fibrotic label claim. Quarterly-or-less SC dosing.

Atopic Dermatitis & Type 2
Long-acting bispecific mAb addressing keratinocyte-driven epidermal barrier dysfunction and an established Type 2 inflammatory pathway. Broader disease control than targeting either pathway alone. Quarterly-or-less SC dosing.

Plaque Psoriasis & Psoriatic Arthritis
Long-acting SC bispecific antibody for plaque psoriasis patients with partial responses and for psoriatic arthritis patients with residual enthesitis or dactylitis. Combines both pathway blocks at ultra-high concentration.

Non-Relapsing Secondary Progressive MS
Long-acting SC monoclonal antibody designed to address chronic neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative pathways. Targets disability progression in non-relapsing secondary progressive MS, a population distinct from primary progressive MS. Quarterly-or-less SC dosing at ultra-high concentration.
